Professional review and disclaimer
As a federal employee, I must abide by all review processes and ethics considerations (i.e., travel, reimbursement, honorariums, etc.) for any and all services listed here. Thus, I will require advance notification to complete the necessary pre-publication or public release processes.
Public and extracurricular engagements are a relatively new thing for me. I will always need to prioritize my primary job and thus have limited bandwidth outside of work, but I am more than willing to engage with you to see what is possible. Public Engagements
I am available to speak in my personal capacity as an academic researcher and scholar. During such engagements, I must ensure a disclaimer clearly states that my views are my own and do not represent any government agency's official policy or position. However, I will require advance notification as I must adhere to all approval processes and ethical considerations for travel/reimbursement by my parent agency.
I cannot guarantee approval and am relatively new to this overall process, but I will work with you as much as possible to navigate the process.
Requests for speaking engagements in my capacity as a federal employee must go through official public affairs channels, which I can provide if needed.

I have several years of experience as a technical training instructor and a university lecturer at both the graduate and undergraduate levels.
